Dear Parent/Guardian,
We hope you are having a wonderful summer! Since your child received medication at school last year, we are writing to share important updates to the Natick Public Schools (NPS) medication procedures for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
In accordance with Massachusetts state law (105 CMR 210.00), please review the following requirements:

Transport Rules: Students are not permitted to transport medication to or from school.
Required Paperwork: At your appointment, you must provide the completed forms (attached) and the provider’s medication order. We cannot accept medication without full documentation.
Packaging: All medication must be in its original pharmacy-labeled or manufacturer’s container.
End-of-Year Pickup: Any medication not retrieved by the last day of school will be disposed of.
